So with 2010 in mind and our government looking at implementing Red Light Districts I think this will be great time to start a Home Grown strip club.

I mean we should take this opportunity to get a head start and by 2010 it will be a money making machine.

I have a few ideas and I will now share them with you. See this as Open Source Strip Clubbing or Strip Club Tycoon.

Since we will be starting a home strip club we have several options to consider. Each have its pro's and con's. Let me explain:

Car Port

This seems like a good place to start but weighing the pro's against the con's you will see why not.

Pro's

• It is cheap space
• You have 4 dancing poles in the corners

Con's

• Because there are no walls you will have people who didn't pay also watching the show from over the wall in the street.
• It can be drafty.
• What if it rains - you don't want wet patrons

Single Garage

This will sort out a few problems we had with the car port

Pro's

• Now that we have walls we will be able to control viewership vs payment
• We can control weather conditions.

Con's

• As our spot becomes popular this will become a bit too small, we need to keep expansion in mind

Double Garage

Now that we have taken care of the space problem we need to think about how we can make our venture an empire.

If the garage has a lapa on the outside we are in for big business.

We can now break out the wall and expand our club to the outside for those how summer nights. We can also build a nice bar in the lapa. South African guys love a bar in a lapa so I imagine the foreigners will also love it.


Stripping isn't for everybody... so we need to make sure that not anyone can apply. We will be having auditions. These will be by invite only. To make sure that the money stays in the family - mafia style - we will target the following people.

• Friends and Family - Amway style
• Ask you buddies with the hot stupid chicks

Practice makes Perfect

To ensure that we have the best available strippers in town there must be 2 week training camp to get them in top order.

After the 2 weeks we will have an open evening where the guys from the block can come and judge the strippers to make sure we are up to scratch with the competition out there.

This will also provide us with the opportunity to market our new empire.
