So gadgets for 2009, wow that is tough, surely with the annus horribilus we just encountered we should be focusing more on where not to spend... Although I guess any technology fundi just can't get enough and no amount of credit crunches or Dubai debt would put an end to that.

How I would hate to be an Irish fan at this moment in time and who came up with the term 'luck of the Irish' because it just seems so out of place at the moment. It was a great lie-in after yesterday’s travels, tucked into some breakfast before we caught a long-tail to Railey Beach. This time we found a real long tail and not a water taxi and yes there is a difference. Railey beach is about a stone’s throw away and then some from Krabi beach but the only way in is via boat.
