Has Microsoft started a trend in weird advertising campaigns?? The last few advertising campaigns have really left a sour taste in one's mouth & I think it's really hurting public opinion on Microsoft.
Prior to this, the industry has affectionately awarded Microsoft the title of having the worst promotional advertising material. More recently though, Microsoft have released a commercial for their song making app called Songsmith. This in an application that's only designed to work on Windows! The advert itself is not pleasing to the eye or ear.
The best part about the advert is that laptop that the girl is using looks astoundingly like an Apple Mac! (Just covered up with some stickers). Microsoft really need to re-look at the companies they use for advertising purposes, they have enough money to make really good adverts.
