I am referring to the incident on Friday where two white journalists were expelled from a Black Journalist Forum meeting with JZ. In my industry we have the Black IT “Forum” that strives for the advancement of blacks in the industry. It is a bit of a joke as a lot of members consider it to be a means to self advancement rather than group advancement, but enough of them.
My issue is that I think the white journalists that were expelled showed a brilliant example to us whites as to how to deal with these “forums”. A lot of people have spoken out about these forums but nothing to date has been done about them, until now. Good on the journalist that were expelled and even better on the black journalist that left the meeting with them. There really should be no place for this type of organization in this country. Let’s call a spade a spade what happened there was nothing less than racism in action!

I am very disappointed in JZ for glossing over what happened, another bit of bad judgment JZ, you could have really won some points from the white community but no all you did was add to our fears.

I would suggest (hope) that the journalists have a case under the Equality Act...although it may be shown to be a private function, and therefore it might not apply...either way, this sort of thing should not be swept under the carpet...

In order to see if this type of thing is acceptable one need to test it. The only way would be to form a white forum and see of Jacob Z (better OS? ) pitch up and if it would still be acceptable. I somehow doubt that it would pa*s the test.

I also agree. A parlianment act needs to be debated on and pa*sed through to the public. It's reverse racism. Highly unacceptable!

Nee wat, racism never left our beautiful country, only, this time, it is coming from both sides, and just like in the old regime, the new regime is not seeing anything wrong with it, and actually believes that they are doing it for the greater good of their country. Their country my arse yes. I want to see what will happen if whites start a whites-only It or Journalism forum or a coloured-only forum. Oh wait, we are not really coloureds when it suits government, when it is okay to them, we are blacks, but when it comes to careers we are coloureds, and coloureds can not apply for these jobs, as they want "black africans" only. Wait, let me stop now before I strip my m*er again.

Lol swanlo Verwoerd must also have believed that Apartheid was the best for this country. In hindsight us whiteys generaly can see that we were grievously wrong, I hope that the current crowd learns quicker before they kill this country. By the way I really feel for the "coloured" people because you guys got screwed coming and going and yet you have produced Trevor.
